Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We normally post the products to our customers in 2 business days after we receive the payment in full. We use Aus Post eParcel or Transport Company if the item is very big. All orders are trackable and the signature is required for delivery.

Each parcel carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process and trackable. If you have not received your item after few days, please contact us as soon as possible.

With VickySun.com, you will have "peace of mind" and no more missing parcel. You can track your parcel online, on the phone (Australia Post 13 13 18) or contact us. We will email you the tracking details once despatched.

If the text "Unfortunately we can't ship to your location" shown when you check out, please contact us, we will try our best to solve the problem.

 

Delivery Times

For the Normal eParcel Post, the despatch time is 2pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding public holiday.

For the Express Post, we try to send them on the same business day, or the next business day when the order was made. If you need express post very urgently, please ring me on 0433 984 988. We try our best. thanks.

All orders are dispatched from Regents Park, NSW 2143 once payment is received in full. Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to you. The average delivery times in Australia from Regents Park, NSW are listed below:

Deliveries to ACT New South Wales countries take on average: 2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Melbourne metropolitan take on average: 2 business days to arrive

Deliveries to Adelaide, Brisbane metropolitan take on average: 2 to 3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to QLD, SA countries take on average: 3 to 4 business days to arrive

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty and Disclaimer of Products

There are no express warranties which extends beyond the description on the face hereof.

SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since VickySun.com cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, VickySun.com will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by VickySun.com.

 

Warranty Policy

Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, then the customer must notify VickySun.com within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement. VickySun.com offers a standard 12 month warranty on most of our Products.

 

Manufacturer & Replacement Warranty

All our products carries either manufacturer or replacement warranty. Customers should read the product individual page regarding manufacturer/replacement warranty.

Customers may be required to contact the manufacturers technical support department directly to acquire authorisation to return any faulty product.

 

How to Cancel a Transaction

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your parcel has NOT been sent to you when we receive your cancellation notice, we will cancel your order. Refunds will be issued by cheque or Paypal if original payment via paypal.

If your parcel has been sent to you when we receive your cancellation notice. We will provide you with a store credit or refund you the purchase price of the Product within 14 days of delivery for unopened products you returned. This credit or refund does not include delivery costs. No refund or credit will be given to you until VickySun.com has received the unopened Product from you. Refunds will be issued by cheque or Paypal if original payment via paypal.

A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

 

How to Return Merchandise

 

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under "Manage Your Account" menu and click the "Return item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • Or you can contact us directly.
  • Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with RMA number or order number marked on the package.
  • The Product should be returned to VickySun.com within 14 calendar days of the date you notify us.
  • Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. VICKY SUN PTY LTD reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
