- 1. This product comes with 1 month full warranty, 12 month structural warranty. This 12 month warranty is valid from the date of delivery. These products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
- 2. If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", you must inform Vicky Sun Pty Ltd by email in 7 days of delivery, and attach photos for the damaged part. This item comes with transit insurance. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit, but we can assist you to contact the carrier to resolve shipping issues. We will forward your email and photos to the transport company and file a claim. Once the claim has been approved, we will arrange to collect the damaged part and send a replacement for the damaged part at our own expense. If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, Vicky Sun Pty Ltd has the right to refuse to provide an exchange.
- 3. During the first 30 days after delivery, if you find a defect in the product, you must inform Vicky Sun Pty Ltd by email within 3 days, and attach photos for the damaged part. We will forward your email with photos to our Technical Department for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange. We will arrange to collect the damaged part and send a replacement for the damaged part at our own expense. If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, Vicky Sun Pty Ltd has the right to refuse to provide an exchange.
- 4. Upon sale, the purchaser takes full responsibility for the condition, state and quality of repair. This item needs to be maintained and serviced as specified in the owner's manual. We import and sell these products in new condition and in an unopened box. We are NOT responsible for any issues arising from insufficient or improper maintenance, no modifications or loss of parts through usage. Damage due to mishandling, mis-assembly, misuse, accident or collision will not be covered under warranty. The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use. We require that all parts claimed under warranty be sent back to us for inspection, replacement or repair. The warranty does not replace parts that are considered to be normal wear consumables. Any replacement or refund is provided at our discretion, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Goods are to be returned in original packaging. Postage is NOT refundable.
